Return & Refund Policy

At Better Days Ahead, every order is made with care and comfort in mind. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear or improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
